Our most recently-launched system, Single Layer Modular walls are purposely designed and manufactured to optimize fabrication times, install speed and cost-effectiveness. We’ve taken the classic approach used throughout the industry for decades and improved it in a variety of ways. The result is a system that is versatile enough to meet the needs of demanding projects requiring a lot of custom and authentic work, while still aligning with your business plan that has a very real bottom line to meet. The least expensive of our climbing wall options, unlike the common single layer systems from others, the SLM from Vertical Solutions doesn’t leave anything on the table in regards to strength, quality or looks.
Custom details like the inlaid wood logo at High-Steppe Climbing Center, are available. SLM can also be used for every height, from dynamic freestanding boulders to towering roped climbing walls.

The Rush Funplex in Syracuse, Utah was a project that really defined our ability to execute on a client's vision outside of the typical usage we come across. The paints, textures and blacklight coatings on our walls in this project expanded our repertoire just that much further. Getting our products to look great in the daylight and under blacklight was a fun problem to solve.
This project has 5,500 sqft. of route climbing and bouldering walls, and was targeting a very specific experience for children that could benefit from custom paints and coatings.
